What you're looking at

Havoc Racing Co., the goggle brand out of Temecula, is running its 26th bike sweepstakes, and both prizes this round are electric. The Grand Prize is a brand-new 2026 Stark Varg. Havoc's announcement video bills it as the SM, meaning the Varg on supermoto wheels, which Stark sells as a road-legal street bike. There's a second drawing too: a separate winner takes home a Surron Light Bee. The Light Bee is the bike that turned light electric dirt bikes into their own category.

The rules don't pin down the exact spec. They list the Grand Prize as a brand-new 2026 Stark Varg at $9,000 ARV and don't say whether it's the 60 hp Standard or the 80 hp Alpha. That power tier is the main difference between one Varg and another.

Why it matters

The Varg is the bike that got the motocross world to take electric seriously. It has no clutch, no gearbox and no oil changes, and power delivery and engine braking are tuned from a phone-style display on the bars. On supermoto wheels, it trades roost for backroad apexes and go-kart-track lap times, and it's quiet enough that nobody on the block calls it in. As a point of reference, Stark's own US list price for the Varg SM runs $12,900 to $13,900, depending on the power tier.

Havoc isn't new at this. Its site lists named winners and hometowns for all 25 previous drawings, including several earlier Stark giveaways. The drawing is run by a named third-party administrator, SweepstakesPros of Saratoga, California.

The fine print worth knowing

You need a license and insurance to take delivery. The rules state: "Winner of vehicle must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of a valid driver's license and insurance at time of delivery; failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize." This is standard for anything that can be titled for the road, and it applies to both prizes.

Two prizes, two winners, one per household. The Grand Prize is the Varg (ARV $9,000). The First Prize is listed as a "Surron Lightbee Gen" (ARV $5,000). Havoc's video calls it the LBX Gen 2. Total ARV across both is $14,000, and the rules cap it at one prize per person, email address or household. The rules offer no cash option, the bikes come "as is," and Havoc can substitute a prize of equal or greater value if one can't be awarded. The winner pays all taxes, title, registration, insurance and transportation.

How entries work. Every purchase in the Havoc store earns 5 entries per $1 spent, excluding tax and shipping. During the two bonus weeks, September 1–7 and October 8–14, 2026, that doubles to 10 per $1. Entries are tallied automatically at checkout, and the cheapest item in the store is a $15 goggle tag, worth 75 entries (150 in a bonus week). Each person is capped at 5,000 entries total, which works out to $1,000 of spending at the standard rate or $500 during a bonus week.

The free route reaches the same cap. A standard mail-in postcard is worth 500 entries, so ten of them reach 5,000. A bonus-period postcard sent to the separate bonus P.O. box is worth 1,250, so four of them reach 5,000. Postcards must be postmarked by the October 14 close and received by October 21. The exact wording and mailing addresses are in the free-entry section of this listing.

Who can enter, and when it draws. The giveaway is open to residents of the 48 contiguous states and DC who have reached the age of majority. New York and Florida are excluded, along with Alaska and Hawaii. Entries close at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 14, 2026, and the random drawing is set for on or about October 28, 2026. The rules require claims to be resolved individually, with no class actions, under California law, with Santa Clara County as the venue. Winners are posted on the administrator's certified winners page for 60 days after validation.

Why It's Special

Not rare. This is a current-production 2026 model sold through Stark dealers. The SM is the supermoto version of the Varg platform, and Stark bills it as road-legal.

Our value estimate

$9,000

This figure is the operator's ARV of $9,000 for the Grand Prize bike alone. The Surron Light Bee (ARV $5,000) is a separate prize for a separate winner and isn't included. The Varg is brand new, so the usual used-sale auction comps don't apply, and we found no recent auction sales of a Varg SM to check against. New retail is the better yardstick. Stark lists the Varg SM at $12,900 for the 60 hp Standard and $13,900 for the 80 hp Alpha, and one dealer lists a new 2026 Varg SM 80 hp at $13,990. The rules call the prize only "a brand new 2026 Stark Varg" and don't name the power variant. We can't tie the gap between the ARV and retail to a specific trim, so we use the operator's figure rather than the higher MSRP. Taxes, title, registration and transport are the winner's to pay.
